The ITS Service Catalog has been redesigned to define and categorize our service offerings more accurately and to highlight their business benefits and technical specifications. The goal is to enhance your ability to identify ITS services that will support you in meeting your mission and to enhance your understanding of what each service provides.
Every service is described in the same format and with similar types of information to facilitate ease of use. Each service includes a Service Description, Technical Details, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Where available, links are provided to related websites that offer additional information.
Each SLA is comprised of Global Service Levels, which document support across all ITS services, a service level description for each service, and a signature section. When signed by parties from your agency as well as ITS, the SLA becomes the agreement by which we deliver the service to you.
