Oracle - Contract Effective Dates: May 12, 2009–May 11, 2011

The Oracle Statewide Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) gives State of North Carolina Executive Branch Agencies the ability to acquire Oracle Software. Under this agreement, the State is entitled to deploy unlimited quantities of specific Oracle products listed on the ELA until May, 2011.

Some product areas covered in the Oracle ELA include:

• Enterprise Database, Database Management Capabilities, and Database Options (i.e. Real Application Clusters, Partitioning, and Database Security)
• Enterprise Application Server, Fusion Middleware, and Enterprise Service Bus technologies
• Security, Identity, and Access Management
• Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Legacy Application Modernization
• Development Tools
