License & Agreements

The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides three Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) that provide the opportunity for agencies to leverage use of the software more economically and in some cases, at no out-of-pocket expense.

Each ELA offers technical training at reduced rates or at no charge. ITS takes care of ELA administration.
