Programs & Initiatives

ITS is involved in a number of ongoing initiatives to provide better IT service delivery and value to state government, such as our Operational Excellence Program and Email Archiving initiative. Other initiatives are described in our biennial technology and strategic plans. We are also involved in statewide initiatives as required by the State Chief Information Officer:
